BD Diesel Variable Vane Exhaust Brakes are created with BD VVB technology that takes advantage of your Chevy Duramax’s turbocharger exhaust turbine to create up to 35 psi of backpressure/130 retarding horsepower. This gives you enough braking force to help you safely maintain your speeds on descents and curves.
