BD Diesel 1090202 – EGR Cooler – Square Tube Cooler Replacement
BD Diesel EGR Coolers are made of TIG-welded 304L stainless steel. They are specially designed to prevent coolant leaks into the cylinders that can create a hydrolock condition, which will damage the head gaskets and possibly the heads themselves, which has been known to happen with OEM units. These products are available with water deflectors that help to increase turbulence to the coolant flow to aid in heat dissipation.
