Edelbrock 60439 – Performer RPM 454-O High-Compression Cylinder Head

Edelbrock Performer RPM 454-O High-Compression Cylinder Heads are intended for big block Chevy’s with oval ports. The heads themselves feature unique oval intake ports which are similar to rectangular ports but have a smaller size which ensures an excellent seat-of-the-pants performance plus crisp throttle response! The heads have 100cc chamber volume is ideal for your high-compression application. The head’s intake and exhaust ports have been profiled for improved air flow and they have smaller-than-stock valve stems for less weight and excellent flow.

Important Note: Champion RC12YC or equivalent 14mm x 3/4 in. reach with flat gasket seat. Springs for hydraulic flat tappet cams. Both the intake and exhaust ports have been profiled for improved air flow. The heat crossover passage is present, but has been blocked.
